2. Physical Items (Regular & Custom T-shirts)

Processing Time:
All physical orders (including regular and custom t-shirts) are processed within 1-2 business days. -
Shipping Time for Regular T-Shirts:
After processing, regular items will ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. -
Shipping Time for Custom T-Shirts:
Since custom designs require more time, custom t-shirts will ship within 7-10 business days. You will also receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. -
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight of the item(s), and the shipping method selected during checkout. -
Shipping Carrier:
We use a variety of trusted carriers for all orders. Depending on your location and selected shipping method, carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
3. Returns & Exchanges for Non-Custom Physical Items

We accept returns on non-custom physical items (such as regular t-shirts) within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached) for a return to be processed. -

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. -
