1. Digital Downloads

  • Instant Delivery: Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a link to download your purchased digital products immediately. There is no shipping involved for digital items.

2. Physical Items (Regular & Custom T-shirts)

  • Processing Time:
    All physical orders (including regular and custom t-shirts) are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Time for Regular T-Shirts:
    After processing, regular items will ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Shipping Time for Custom T-Shirts:
    Since custom designs require more time, custom t-shirts will ship within 7-10 business days. You will also receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • Shipping Rates:
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight of the item(s), and the shipping method selected during checkout.

  • Shipping Carrier:
    We use a variety of trusted carriers for all orders. Depending on your location and selected shipping method, carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

3. Returns & Exchanges for Non-Custom Physical Items

  • Return Window:
    We accept returns on non-custom physical items (such as regular t-shirts) within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached) for a return to be processed.

  • Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [your email address]. You will be provided with a return shipping label and further instructions.

  • Refunds:
    Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

  • Exchanges:
    We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return the item for a refund and place a new order if you'd like a different size or style.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
